This is a Japanese confection made by a wagashi shop, featuring milk bean paste. We’ve created a baked sweet with a perfect balance between the thin shell coated in matcha and the rich, creamy bean paste, generously kneaded with milk. It has a generous shelf life, making it ideal for mail orders or as a seasonal gift.
