Kansha no Kimochi” (feeling of gratitude) is a wagashi made with Hateruma (Okinawan) brown sugar kneaded into the mochi paste, finished with a dusting of Wasanbon sugar. It is a fusion of the richness of brown sugar and the refreshing, smoothness of the Wasanbon sugar, in a Daifuku (mochi) with a mild & elegant sweetness.
Five mini Daifuku pieces are carefully packaged in a tube with three options for the certificate of appreciation based on the occasion.
We also offer customized certificates for orders of 10 or more.
It’s a Japanese sweet that conveys your heartfelt feelings.
